Cactus Foothills out of Region

Cactus Foothills Girls Softball lost to Northern California, 3-1 Wednesday night. The started off with a run in the first. Kira Day was able to get in a Triple and a RBI. Hailee Robidoux started and had 4 K's and 2 BB. Savannah Gaston came in for the last 2 innings and had 3 K's and no walks.

Significant records:

Savannah Gaston and Hailee Robidoux combined for 17 K's and 5 BB's for the tournament.
Savannah Gaston finished with a 1.14 ERA after 16.2 innings. 3 of 4 games, she gave up no Earned Runs.
Alyssa Wilson had the most doubles, with 2 and second in RBI's with 4.
Bailey Fitzmaurice lead the team in RBI's with 5 RBI's.
Bailey, Hailey and Kira lead the team in hits with 4 hits through the tournament.
Zoe Sferruzza as catcher was able to have 1 caught stealing (2-3).

The Cactus Foothills Little League (Majors) Girls Softball Team did a wonderful job representing Arizona at the Western Region. I'm sure they had fun overall and now 150+ new friends. Thank you to the Manager, Brett Cundall and Coaches Chris Wilson and Morgan Robidoux and all the ladies on the team. GREAT JOB LADIES!!
